I am worried that many of the 'single work programme' prime contractors will be currently negotiating with potential subcontractors that may not exist post 1.4.11. I have been in the business many years and have many contacts with training providers. Most of the training providers that I connect with do not know if they will exist after 1.4.11 because most or all of their training delivery contracts cease at that point,... including any run down of programmes.
