Site upgrades - job alerts, discussion alerts, contracts database

Building on the new website software, some new features have now been enabled on the site:

Job alerts

You can subscribe to job alerts and receive an email as soon as a new job is posted on the website. To be informed immediately as new jobs are posted: 1) log in, 2) view any job ad, and 3) click the 'subscribe to' button at the bottom of the advert page. We're working on improving the interface for this, and you can also subscribe using the RSS jobs feed.

Discussion alerts

When you post a comment on an article, you'll automatically be emailed if someone else replies to your comment. Note that this only works if you're logged into the site when you post the comment!

Contracts database

The new ESF Innovation contracts have been added to the site database, and the contracts search facility has been improved, now with provider search and a memory of what search options you chose last time. Remember that the 'Search this site' box on the left also includes contracts and other details, if you still don't have any joy.
