Invitation to Serco’s Flexible New Deal Phase 2 Events

Serco would like to invite organisations to attend our Flexible New Deal Phase 2 events across the UK. We have organised these events as part of our process of building the best solution to support local jobseekers into meaningful employment in each region where we plan to tender.

Who should attend?

Serco would like to invite organisations from the private, public and third sectors interested in becoming part of our network of quality providers to deliver Flexible New Deal Phase 2. This includes:

  • Local and national welfare-to-work providers interested in delivering the core services of Serco’s unique 3-Step Model to support the optimum number of jobseekers to access and sustain employment;
  • Community-based organisations who would like to join our network of Specialist Support Providers to deliver additional wrap-around services to jobseekers.
