Income-related benefits take-up statistics released

On 23 February the Department for Workk and Pensions released a report 'Income Related Benefits: Estimates of Take-up' for the financial year 2009 to 2010 in Great Britain. Caseload and expenditure estimates were made for: 

  • Income Support and Employment and Support Allowance  
  • Pension Credit
  • Housing Benefit (including Local Housing Allowance)
  • Council Tax Benefit
  • Jobseeker's Allowance
