Hilary Clifford appointed as new interim CEO of ERSA

Hilary Clifford has been appointed as the new interim CEO of the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) from late July.

Hilary has spent the last two years as Head of International and Diversification with ERSA member, Reed in Partnership, where she led the company’s expansion into Australia, Poland and France.  Hilary also has extensive experience working within skills development and delivery at all levels within a UK and international context.

Before joining Reed in Partnership, Hilary worked for Ufi/learndirect, initially as Regional Director for the East of England, before leading all nine English regions in delivering a high quality service, via a licensed provider network,  to thousands of learners.

Amanda McIntyre, current Director at ERSA said:

“Hilary’s broad knowledge of welfare to work programmes across the globe as well as her understanding of the Skills agenda will be invaluable as she leads ERSA through the implementation of the Work Programme.

Hilary has the skills and drive to further the cause of ERSA and our members and to be a powerful advocate for us.”
