DWP ESF contract awards

Update 2/6 - The DWP website has put up the official announcement of ESF winners. All of the confirmed winners are the same as were published here some weeks ago. The following preferred bidders are still in negotiation:

The original story
The DWP has started sending out the final contract award letters for the ESF round, so most subcontractors should be hearing from their primes over the next few days. However, one large provider is still locked in 'discussion' with the DWP and a number of other issues remain to be resolved.

In other news, WNF money is now being distributed. Did anyone notice any bidding opportunities for this funding, or is it being distributed through other means?
