LionHeart In The Community

LionHeart In The Community (LITC) is a London-based social enterprise providing welfare to work services, work-based learning, training & skills development, brokerage & advocacy services and community engagement projects to London’s ‘hardest to reach’ communities. Our aim is to assist anyone who comes through our doors, providing advice and support; training; employability; skills development; and work-related activities.

Delivering through our One-Stop Shop model, LITC delivers to a diverse customer body including: Young People & NEETs; Ex-Offenders; BAME groups; Customers with physical & learning disabilities; over 50s; and any customers who need continued support in moving back into work, education or training.

Based in Brixton, Lambeth, one of the most deprived boroughs in the UK, we provide a range of customer-focused programmes, social inclusion projects  and provides accredited training and qualifications in Health & Social Care, Customer Service, Business Administration, Basic IT, and ESOL & Citizenship tests, as well as a robust employment support and advice service.
