TUPE Masterclass

LVSC and NCVO are holding a workshop on TUPE, to identify key concerns, provide specialist legal advice, and take forward issues to inform commissioning.

Many VCS groups struggled with TUPE regulations during the recent Work Programme roll-out, and similar issues are sure to emerge as charities become more involved in public service delivery in other areas.

This half day session will include a chaired discussion on groups' recent experience of TUPE issues, followed by a presentation and interactive training session with specialist solicitor from TPP Law.

There is small charge of £15 to attend the session.
