ERSA’s conference is the key annual event put on by the industry, for the industry. This year we will be exploring how welfare to work services can improve the lives of individuals, their communities and the wider economic picture. Delegates will be able to listen and engage with experts about the future direction of the industry and the lessons government can learn in their reform of public services.
