Work Programme TUPE Gathering - I need your help.

Hi all, I'm trying to collate data from everyones experiences so I can map it and look at the bigger picture. I'd really appreciate if you could complete the following survey or pass it on to friends/colleagues. All information is Anonymous.

https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dHV3STJsOXB...

Thank you so much if you can take the time. The more people that complete it, the better. It'll take a couple of minutes.

Hi, before providing what seems to be a fair amount of personal information, please can you explain what the information is for, who it will be used for and who the information will be passed on to?

Sure. Myself and colleagues have a member of parliament who wishes to take forward this fiasco to the commons.

Although i would in theory be prepared to provide info, on the basis i knw nothing about the mp, what s/he is going to do with the info and how far spread my personal info might be shared, i'm not going to participate for the timebeing unless further confirmation provided. Little bit dangerous to provide info blindly without knowing the recipient and the intention, albeit possibly well intentioned.

cannot believe anyone would ask for such personal info from people on such a sensitive subject.

To say that it's just 'anyone' asking for your information, let me address.

My name is Jamie and until 26th June I worked for A4e on the FND Contract. I was appalled with how staff were being treated, i saw good people being treated badly and don't want this to happen again. To me it's about doing something about it, I don't need to be told it's a sensitive issue, as I'm living it.

And to add, I'm waiting for A4e's response to my tribunal claim.

Not sure what the problem is regarding personal information. I have looked at the questionaire and as far as I can see no personal information is requested. Just information relating to the company/redundancy/TUPE.
I would have completed it myself, only I don't work and have never worked for any of the primes past or present. My redundancy from my previous position in March was an indirect result of primes not winning contracts in my area and government funding being re directed from the voluntary sector to the workprogramme winners.

I think like myself smiffypro is just trying to collate factual information to try and help everybody. He could just sit back and leave it someone else.

Unfortunately despite all the information submitted on this site, it is nigh on impossible to decipher what is really happening in each area such as:

How many redundancies have taken place
How many people have been or are awaiting TUPE
How many people have been Tuped and are now faced with redundancy.

Until someone collates all the information there is not a great deal that can be done, no one is going to listen (politicians or media) without hard factual evidence to back up the current fiasco, which is a real shame and extremely frustrating for everybody.

I really don't care about identity, i have filled out your form Mr. Smiffypro

Whats the worst that could happen, i am already redundant ?

and that goes for me too

We can at least try and stop something like this happening again, or help to educate others who may experience it later.

In my experience people can either give up and turn bitter and resentful, or they can at least try to do something about it which is what is happening with me and my (former) colleagues via the legal system.

Thank you though for completing the form, it will certainly help to form hard evidence of people experiences, and I truly do hope that everything works out OK eventually for us all.

Sueboo, if you want to discuss anything (sounds like we might be able to help each other) my email is smiffypro [at] gmail [dot] com.

good luck with your questionaire !!!!
Tacitus was looking at the same info and he seems to have gone very, very quiet on the subject

When I get back from my jollies I will fill it in to many scared people out there I am not scared good luck Jamie

Thank you people.
