What is happening ?

OK...we all know that June 1st sees the kick-off of the New Work Programme - BUT...what exactly is going to happen on day one? Nobody I talk to has a clue!

Where does that leave the Job Seeker...the JC+ Adviser...the Provider...the Taxpayer ?

Is there a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel...or is it an on-coming train?

Same as when FND launched I suppose.....

A few months of chaos as Primes drip feed their delivery model as they establish it (in practice rather than theory), followed by a few more months of suppliers giving 'what if' scenarios and Primes thinking up solutions and fixers to them.

A year from now we should have it down to a T

Personally I love this bit as there's loads to get your teeth in to.

I thought my company had shafted us. Until i spent 4hours today with a tupe law barrister and parliment mp. Talking through the full process. It seems not as cut and dry. But there is light for those who was made redundant!!!

i was made redundant by the prime contract company how is there light

So was i by a prime and at the moment 35 of us are claiming Jsa

let me just say there are a few things that primes could of done according to employment law that they never!!

I can not fully explain on here as we are awaiting on evidence comming through on certain grounds we are all challanging.

But we have not dropped the fight
