Recruitment Agency Consortium

Does anyone know of any Primes, or their subcontractors, that can benefit from working in partnership with a new consortium of independent Recruitment and Training providers and have a model that is about to increase job opportunities (and outcomes).
Based prodominently in the NW, however rolling out across the country, the consortium engages with their clients introducing YPG, R2R and other pre-employment incentives, and have formulated a model that will produce hgh volume job opportunities.
The consortium is called ERGON SOLUTIONS specialising in employer engagement at the front end and vocational training with a guaranteed job outcome.

Have you thought about looking at the Right to Bid provision for DWP as what you seem to be offering is something that is a bit different and which could be run as a pilot.

Thanks for this information, and yes, I have had a meeting to discuss RTB with DWP. My thoughts were that as we have a high volume of job opps (outcomes) and most primes and sub contractors are not meeting targets - a partnership would seem viable.
I have in exces of 500 job opps to fill over the next 10 weeks.
