PQQS in multiple rounds
I thought I might try and bring colour to the forums with a little poetry with my querie. Please post rhyming couplet responses, the world of employment support needs a bit of colour, if this querie passes the sharp sword of Danicleese of course....
I wrote a PQQ in July last year,
Result was pending - I smelled of fear.
I got the email - thank the Lord!
(Just as well PQQs arent scored.)
The rounds to bid were divided through
Rather like FND - phases one and two.
I got through one, so I made the rub
Cut and pasted it into two, then went off to the Pub.
....Is it fair to assume that when there are two bidding rounds, If I got through phase 1 PQQ I can simply cut and paste the exact same answers into the exact same PQQ for Phase 2 areas as there is no area specific stuff needed at PQQ level, further globalisiing our industry as large, highly resourced multi area organisations can simply cut and paste their successful round one PQQs, and indeed majority of bids, into phase 2 competitions?
I bet if I thought long enough, I could challenge fair and equitable competition rules on this. What if I simply didnt think I could deliver in phase 1 areas and waiting until phase 2 to submit PQQs and bids?
Surely I am at a massive disadvantage to the large, impersonal, dredge trawling organisations who hoover up all contracts through cheap offers and low quality delivery by subcontractors who are forced into being fleeced on the offers they get from the big yins?
I've written many bids for DWP,
But they give all their contracts to A4e,
I said that's unfair, it really stinks,
So they gave all the contracts to Working Links
Of the posters here, I'm easily the whingiest,
Because I keep losing bids, to blooming Ingeus,
I've P-Q-Qd and I-T-Td,
But the markers keep scoring me lower than Reed.
We're clearly not cool enough, to work with JCP,
We need a 3 letter rebrand, like JHP or ESG,
And If I haven't name-checked your company here,
It's because I've given up and gone for a beer.
At last! The site is ascending to the level of art, just as I always wanted. I might try and think up a leaving haiku to post later on...
Has anyone got an idea when news about the NDDP contract extension (or not!)will be coming out. I need to know if i should be looking for another job or not!

When are they out?
DWP said first week of Feb... they updated their website to say last week.... still no news.
I know one provider who has not heard anything = did not win any.
So who is in discussions with DWP?
more to the point - have any providers heard anything?

It's a little bit early, to talk about wedding bells,
Merlin still needs to cast, some romantic magic spells,
Women are just like DWP, always requests and demands,
And me and Hayforhee, still haven't got passed holding hands.
A wedding needs a funder, someone rich beyond comparison,
We need a secret millionaire, like Baroness Emma Harrison,
I'd like a massive wedding, with ice swans and a helterskelter,
I wonder how much Daniel got, for flogging Indus Delta?
In this industry you need partners, people that you can trust,
But Merlin comes too late, and you're left with DWP crust,
So I'm hoping that Hayforhee, will come up with the goods,
Because my other Prime partners, have been as faithful as Tiger Woods.
