FND 2 Dates - anyone know?

Hi

Does anyone know the timeline dates for FND Phase 2, having looked through all the info I have I can only find vague references, such as preferred bidder annouced late april, starts in October etc..

Very difficult to provide specific dates in Q's for JCP if they can't tell us when it starts!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect the election is part of the reason for the lack of certainty on dates. Even if there were specific dates, it would be unwise to rely on them given the likelihood of purdah and of an incoming Conservative government making large-scale changes to FND2.
