A4e performance claims

Can anywhere tell me when A4e found 1 million people jobs, as claimed by Emma Harrison on the tv programme "Who knows best" on Channel 4 on Tuesday (http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/joepublic/2010/aug/10/reality-tv-jobfi...)?
I'd love to know on what contracts they've achieved these levels of outputs, especially given that last year they supported 20,000 into work - granted I'm not a mathematician, but by my reckoning getting 20,000 a year would take 50 years to reach 1 million. Come on Emma, there's being economical with the truth, and then there's blatant nonsense.
