We will deliver Flexible New Deal Phase 2 as a managing agent, subcontracting providers to deliver front-line services through locally developed delivery models. Further details on our delivery models will be made available on our website – www.eaga.com/fnd

We will partner with proven welfare to work providers to deliver high quality “end to end” support, including assessment and action planning, case management, and post-employment support. This core support will be supplemented by a wide network of specialist providers delivering additional services such as vocational training and support for specific issues and customer groups.

We are committed to delivering a service which is genuinely integrated with existing local and regional services and strategies, through delivery models which are reflective of, and responsive to, local needs.

• Northumbria and Gateshead, South Tyne and Wear Valley;
• Halton and Merseyside;
• West Yorkshire; or
• West London.
