What is JSA supposed to be used for?

I have been assigned to MWA,am I happy? No,I would gladly Volunteer 10 hours a Week,being forced to enrich the Provider really grinds my A££. I asked for and was granted funding for £17.00 to cover the Weekly Bus fare,on Friday I received a call saying that due to a Admin error the funds were not transferred.

Against DWP Guidelines,the Provider stated that their policy over rides the DWP and that "JSA is specifically for the purpose of Travel expenses" total and utter Bollocks,the excuse that "It is a new programme" is wearing thin,as my old Sgt Major use to say "Time to get your shit in one sock"

I did some MWA at a charity shop. I was given bus fare by the shop (I presume it was refunded to them) - was given it the next day I came in on producing my previous bus ticket.
