Can someone explain about the spam filter? I was looking for some support but my post has been rejected

Hi Moderator here.

We operate pre-moderation on discussion posts.

As we say on the About Us page, "This is an online community and we welcome contributions from welfare to work professionals in our free discussion forum".  In other words, this is aimed at and for employment related services professionals.

Unfortunately, we have experienced spells of abusive commenting by people who are not welfare to work professionals, so have had to move to a system where comments are approved before publication. We try and deal with this quickly, but there is inevitably some delay.

There are links to our terms and conditions and an FAQ page on every page. These set out our limits.
