Staffline/Avanta?

Staffline/Avanta deal,the main purpose of all the Contracts awarded to help the Unemployed was to reduce unemployment,the WP Providers assured the DWP and the Public that they could get the job done,yet the main point that jumped out in the deal is that this will be a major factor in their growth,if the WP and associated programmes were/are a success the demand for these services should be declining.

Staffline have acquired a business that is complementary to their existing operations. Buying or merging is about growth and given that the press release highlights that they are keen to utilise their DWP contract clients for their onsite work i.e. when they are the employer servicing a specific business's needs means they are in a position to put more unemployed people into work.

I fail to see why there would be any criticism.
