does anyone have a link to the provider guidance for this contract or any information on the Payment model amounts ?

If that doesn't work, seach contractsfinder for "Department for Work and Pensions" and "Community Work". That should get a smaller selection of relevant information.

The Provider Guidance doesn't seem to be up yet, but the Invitation to Tender should give most of what you may need, plus you will need to refer to the general DWP provider guidance that applies to all programmes.

The payment model is included in the provider guidance.
