Following this successful launch three new themes - Efficiencies, Customers and Implementation - are now available for discussion. These will only be available until 13th August.

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions has launched the strategy document 21st Century Welfare.  The paper proposes a number of radical options for reform of the benefit system to make it significantly simpler and to incentivise people to take a job by making work pay.  Read more here.
