HOW TO GET OUT OF THE WORK PROGRAMME AND OUT OF SIGNING AT JCP...

I bet theres alot of people who saw this title and thought wow.. just what Im looking for... The answer is.... GET A JOB!!! This site seems to be full of people who spend time complaining about welfare 2 work contracts, work programme, providers, advisors, etc... People who want providers to get fined, contracts to be taken from companies etc.. My question is WHY? If people put that much time into looking for work... you wouldnt have to worry about these issues... Im one of the few people who think this benefits system is too easy.. there are too many people who dont DESERVE benefits... people who state "I pay tax its my right" yet some come from familys who have spent their whole adult life claiming benefits... Maybe they should be called the claiming class rather then working class... As for me.. I am not some rich middle class man sitting in a castle looking down.. Im working class... I have spent most of my adult life working however i did lose my job and was sent to a w2w provider..(now back in work) Anyone can find them self out of work.. but its your own attitude that gets you out of it... if you are willing to take any job do anything required just to get into work and you focus on that.. you will find work... My question is what do people think about a new benefits system... If you are fit and healthy... you can only claim jsa for the amount of time you have worked... Whilst you work some of your wages are taken out towards this and doubled by the government... eg.. you work for 3 years.. then you have lost your job.. you can claim jsa for max 3 years... IF YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED YOU CANT CLAIM... Something similar to this system is running in other countries so why not here? What do people think???????
