Launched in 1993, we’ve grown across London, Greater Manchester, the West Midlands, Yorkshire and the North East, where we work closely with the public, private, voluntary and community sectors to connect people with sustainable jobs.

We specialise in reaching a diverse workforce – people often not even reached by Government programmes, job centres or recruitment agencies. But our services are open to all sections of the community. That means we’re able to deliver a shortlist of fully screened, quality candidates drawn from the widest possible pool of people.
