FourstaR Employment & Skills is unique in the UK. Appointed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to deliver their flagship welfare to work programme, Flexible New Deal (FND), in the Birmingham and Solihull region, our mission is to successfully guide the unemployed back into the workforce.

We aren’t a recruitment agency, a Job Centre, or a training provider. Instead, we offer jobseekers steady support to prepare for and succeed in the work environment.
