Greengrape Solutions

Founded in 2007 by John McDonald and Emma Loizidis, Greengrape Solutions was created to help solve the recruitment and training frustrations for delivery agencies and providers of Welfare-to-Work programmes.

With over 13 years direct experience working on Government Employment & Training programmes such as Action Teams, Employment Zones, LSC and New Deal programmes, we believe the success of all delivery has been dependent on the skills of the front-line workforce.

Our experience working within Welfare-to-Work highlighted many familiar frustrations and common obstacles faced by providers in attracting the right staff to this very unique Industry. We recognised the need for a dedicated business which held the expertise, the experience and the passion to focus on the specific task of finding staff exclusively for Welfare-to-Work programmes.

In August 2008 Charlotte joined us as Head of Learning & Development. The skills and knowledge of frontline staff can dictate the extent of how customers’ progress and we believe delivery programmes can benefit from a workforce that is equally skilled and equally equipped to deal with the different barriers of their customers, which is why we introduced our short training courses specifically for Welfare-to-Work providers.
