CTA has been helping people from all sorts of backgrounds move closer to and into work for over eight years. We pride ourselves on the commitment we demonstrate to our customers (our learners and our partners). In fact the Adult Learning Inspectorate were impressed after interviewing all our learners that everyone of them said they wanted to be on programme with us.

We deliver a range of programmes for those people who are registered unemployed and actively seeking employment. We can help to identify and maximise skills, tailor specific training to meet employers’ needs and match people to local employers to effectively meet everyone’s needs. We do this by working closely with local employers across Cheshire and pride ourselves on the level of commitment our staff give to our customers.
