ATS Community Employment

ATS is dedicated to providing learners with quality training that enables them to progress into suitable employment through achievement of qualifications or the necessary skills or both. We will continue to work with small, medium and large enterprises in our districts to fully address their demand led vacancies by providing applicants that meet each employer’s standards.

We will further support both employers and learners by providing additional training to learners who have achieved employment to help them improve their skills.

ATS will continue to expand its network of employers and job brokering agencies who use ATS to recruit and fill their vacancies. Through UFI, LDA, ESF JC , ND subcontracting and Employment Zone networks we will work with partner providers to capacity build.

ATS strives to continually improve its service. We consider that an integrated approach using the skills and experience of our support partners helps us to deliver effective programs to all our clients.
