Alderwood Welfare to Work are experienced specialists in the recruitment of staff for the welfare to work sector. We are the recruitment partner for a number of the Work Programme’s prime providers and subcontractors across the UK. We understand that the success of all welfare to work contracts depends on having the right team in place to lead, shape and direct contract delivery. Our job is to identify the best talent.
