The forums are still being set up, but should be reasonably active by the end of this week. They went live on Friday night, but around half the site users won't be able to contribute until they've had their membership upgraded to full user status. In other words, stick around and see what happens!

Regarding posting on the site, you need to decide whether you want to be open about who you are or post under a pseudonym. If you make yourself identifiable (e.g. by giving your full name and organisation in postings), then what you write will reflect on your employer,and you should let your employer know what you're up to. If you don't, then provided you don't write anything libellous or breach confidentiality you'll be fine.
