Are they good value for Tax Payers' Money?

What does "soft Hands Off" mean and similar terms?

Is there a glossary for terms used by these organisations?

Are they part of the government's crackdown on Benefit Fraud?

What investigative powers do they have?

Are there investigative powers exempt from the Data Protection Act and do they conflict

with civil liberties?
