New Enterprise and Entrepreneurship (Self Employed)

The Directors Club are now able to offer support and mentorship to those clients that want to follow the 'self-employed' route.

Providing practical and financial support to the unemployed who wish to start up their own business, assist with pre-start up, business planning, cash projections and marketing plan along with discussing the feasability and sustainability of the idea.

We are looking to work in partnership with Primes and their sub-contractors who may have a requirement to provide this service to their clients in order to increase outcomes, including FND2.

The scheme is a successful model that has produced high volume outcomes and sustainability on DWP contracts and can be 1-2-1 or group led. It is delivered in partnership with other agencies, including HMRC and those that can provide some small cash incentives at start up.

A client focussed service that also looks at the barriers to self employment, or returning to employment, including showing solutions to the 'safety net of benefits', the major barrier of clients following this route.
