Hi Ladies and Gents,

I'm with Ingeus, they would like me attend Bootle office for the next 18 weeks in March, that means one bus ride fifteen minutes and one train forty five minutes plus a fifteen minute walk . I reside in Southport and owing to the public transport system it would be easier and quicker for me to travel to Preston office ( one bus ride thirty minutes and five minute walk . Do you know if Ingeus would allow this or are they all governed by area i.e Sefton/ West Lancashire. Obviously I don't know how Ingeus are set up and would like to know your thoughts.

You could ask them.

It's the same Work Programme contract area.

They've probably allocated you based on the Jobcentre Plus office or being in Sefton local authority.

If you've worked in the Preston area before and have contacts it might help.

or ask can you go to A4e instead, they have an office in Southport town centre

Ingeus has got an office in Southport. It sounds like you have been wrongly allocated and should phone up and get your appointment changed. These are the details:

Hi everybody, I should have explained a little more.... I'm already with the Southport Ingeus office, however they want me to attend an 18 stint with their Bootle office for a course. So I'm already with Ingeus, it looks like in my original post I had yet to be referred. But I'm already with them. Thanks.

Ah, in that case, yes - Preston is in the same Contract Package Area, and it would be worth calling Ingeus up to explore whether you could move over.

Posts are full of spelling errors, are grammatically incorrect and are simply incoherent ramblings from people who seem to have too much time on their hands and very little knowledge of process or fact.
Come on Indus Delta, the site is a laughing stock, no wonder people have deserted it in droves.
