Renewed Talent

Talent would like to bring some clarity to the confusion we’ve noticed on the grapevine.

The last 12 months have seen much change in our business, with our founder, Jonathan Baldrey leaving us for new ventures outside the welfare to work industry and the 100% purchase of the organisation by Calder Holding. In addition, as some people will be aware, our Business Development Manager, Mukesh Oza and our Operations Director, Sarah Corrigan, have also moved on after long years of service to new ventures outside of welfare to work. We’d like to wish them both every success for the future.

We’d also like to let the rest of the industry know that Talent are alive and kicking and very much in business. Our management team has been restructured and is being led by Emma Lambert, Finance Director, who has been with us for many years, and a new recruit, the highly experienced Chris Paterson, who joins us as Operations Director.

Our core business remains 100% focused on helping workless people into good jobs that give them the opportunity to develop their career, by working closely with employers, our partners, and the jobseekers themselves.

As well as preparing to deliver a large fND sub-contract in Central London, Talent continue to deliver contracts across London, in the North East and Greater Manchester. We are growing rapidly and these are exciting times for the company.

Talent are now looking to develop their business throughout the country and to develop new services. We are keen to talk to any potential prime contractors and to develop real partnerships to explore joint bidding opportunities with other providers. Anyone who’d like to talk to us should contact George Selmer, our Business Development Manager: george [dot] selmer [at] talent [dot] co [dot] uk.
